Over the coming weeks, as you exercise social distancing and may have to limit your acupuncture treatments, I will share simple recipes/resources that will help you boost your immune system during this current global Coronavirus outbreak.

Kitchen Spice Tea Recipe

(Ingredients you may already have or just be able to get at the grocery store.)

  • Garlic -1 clove, chopped⁣
  • Ginger - 2 one-inch slices fresh or 1 tbsp powder ⁣
  • Black Peppercorn - 2 tsp⁣
  • Oregano - 2 tsp⁣
  • Rosemary - 2 tsp⁣
  • Cayenne - a tip of a knife full⁣

⁣Directions - Add garlic, ginger, black pepper, cayenne, and 3 cups of water to a saucepan. Keep covered. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes and turn off the heat. Add the other herbs. Let steep for another 20 minutes covered. Strain and drink.
